Working principle of continuous carbonization furnace:

It will first be burned in a gasification furnace to generate flue gas. After filtering out gas impurities such as wood tar and smoke through the flue gas purification system, the flue gas will be transmitted into the carbonization machine for combustion. When a certain temperature is reached, the carbonization machine will add materials that need to be carbonized. , through the transmission of the pipeline, the material is burned in the carbonization machine. The combustion of organic matter needs to meet three points: heat, oxygen and organic matter, because the carbonization machine is almost a closed space, which cannot meet the demand for oxygen, so that the material is kept at 800 degrees inside the carbonization machine. At high temperature, after adjusting the speed of the conveying device of the carbonization machine, it will not burn into ash, but only burn into charcoal. After the flue gas produced by the materials burned in the carbonization machine is treated by flue gas purification, it returns to the carbonization machine for combustion, so that the thermal energy of the machine can run continuously, achieving smoke-free, environmental protection and continuous effects. Then the charcoal is transported by the cooler to cool down, so that the temperature of the charcoal is only 50-80 degrees when it comes out. During the transport process of the charcoal after it comes out, because the charcoal is fully exposed to the air, if the material density is large and relatively thick. Although there is no open flame on the surface, there may be sparks in the inner core of the material, or it may spontaneously light. It is necessary to install mist spray equipment to cool the charcoal out twice to completely eliminate the source of ignition.
