1. About product size
All product parameters are measured manually, and there may be a small range of errors. Please refer to the actual product for details.
2. About receiving goods
Please be sure to unpack and inspect the goods with the courier in person before confirming the receipt. Due to the courier loading and unloading trucks or the heavy objects on the products, it is easy to cause the surface of the product to deform. If the wooden frame or box is found to be dented, it means that it is deformed by heavy pressure, which is an appearance damage. Take photos for evidence, please contact the online customer service in time to refuse to sign for damage, and we will find the express company to solve it. If there is no acceptance, the damage to the product will be borne by the customer.
3. About the warranty scope
(1)The warranty period is 12 months from the date of acceptance by Party B. The equipment cannot be operated normally and damaged due to force majeure, or the refrigeration equipment is damaged due to unstable power voltage or power phase loss of the demander, or the demander's personal reasons, such as improper operation, are at their own risk. Party B is only responsible for the quality of refrigeration equipment and materials, and is not responsible for the frozen and refrigerated goods or indirect losses of the demander. Consumables are not covered by the warranty (such as refrigerants, lighting, etc.). Once the product size and unit specification information are confirmed, the workshop will arrange the order production after the deposit is paid.
(2)During this period, the product size information cannot be changed, and the delivery deposit will not be refunded.
(3)After receiving the product, it does not support 7-day unconditional return and exchange and non-quality issues. Thank you for your understanding.
