The pallet nailing machine is designed for American standard pallets, European standard pallet and customized pallets.
The auto pallet nailing machine is equipped with the automatic pallet stacking machine, as one-stop production for nailing and stacking.
The auto pallet nailing machine is automated and easy for operation by adopting the operation system of the imported PLC control and touch screen. Compared with the traditional production process, multiple processes for pallet production can be completed with this machine at one time which greatly improves the work efficiency.
Auto Pallet Stacking Machine
1.Automatic pallet stacking machine is equipped with an automatic lifting device for the pallet. The automatic display function is provided on the display interface of auto pallet nailing machine. The conventional storage can store 2 stacks of pallets and 16 pallets per stack.
2. With automatic nailing and stacking connected into the production line, the finished wood pallet are automatically conveyed onto the stacking platform and stacked up neatly which is conveniently for forklift to transport. On account of no need for labor forces to stack or rotate the final product, this machine is much more profitable because it has greatly reduced labor intensity, time and storage space for production.
Pallet stacking machine conveyor platform + conveyor platform(the conveyor platform is optional, can choose 3m, 4m or 5m)
Auto pallet nailing machine is equipped with automatic pallet conveyor platform, which can be transported out from the pallet stacking machine and can store nearly 100 pallets (4 stacks) to save space.
