Edible Rice Straw Processing Line
Rice straws are made of rice flour, edible cornstarch and other raw materials, which are extruded, cooled, formed and cut by an extruder. The special cutting machine can be used to cut different lengths,diameters,thicknesses etc.
then use them after cooling, forming and drying.
This type of straw is environmentally friendly, additive-free, edible, etc.
It is suitable for the crowd: the elderly, children, infants, and high-end catering markets.
You can also adjust the raw materials to make straws of different colors.
Process Flow:
Powder mixer → screw feeder → puffing host → cooling tower → chain plate conveyor → cutting machine (swinger) → drying box → conveyor → platform → packaging machine
Rice straws made by the puffing extrusion process can be soaked in hot drinks for 2 to 3 hours, and can last longer in cold drinks, up to 5 to 10 hours.
In addition, the rice straw can be completely degraded, which is more friendly to the ecological environment.
It can be used as a substitute for plastic straws.
It will not pollute the environment like plastic straws,also meets the requirements of multinational regulations.
