1. You get what you pay for, GSL supplies customers with air compressors specifically
for blow molding bottles. The gloss, transparency, and sharpness of the bottles after
blowing are directly related to the air compressor.
2. There are also many cheap air compressors available, according to customer
feedback, the difference between cheap and expensive air compressors is not
noticeable in the first few months of use, but problems such as oil stains in the bottle
and mist appear after six months of use.
3. This is because the piston in a regular air compressor is of poor quality and easily
damaged, resulting in a short service life of the piston and insufficient air pressure,
leading to a higher incidence of defective bottles. The air compressor we supply to
customers is specifically for blow molding machines. The piston is wear-resistant and
durable, and we promise customers that if there is an objective reason for damage
within one year, we will provide free replacements or refunds.
