Introduction:
The fiber cutting machine is a special equipment for cutting synthetic fiber filaments into ultra-short fibers of various lengths that meet the requirements of post-processing.It is mainly used for cutting man-made fibers such as nylon, polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, glass fiber, and carbon fiber.
The cutting length can be determined according to the production requirements.
The length error is less than 0.2%, and the cutting speed is up to 180 m/min. It does not produce fracture bonding, double-length and ultra-long fibers. The total number of cuts can reach up to 1 million deniers.
