M300(capacity:60-80kg/h)is used for recycling waste household communication cables, car cables,motor cables and other industrial cables with a diameter below 20mm. It mainly includes crushing and separating,and it also has high efficiency dust collecting system to get clearly copper granules and plastic granules. This small household Cable Wire Copper Plastic Separator has high recycling efficiency and high purity. Mixed crushed material(copper pellet and plastic pellet)enter vibrating separator together with airflow,and finally the pellet are put on the small vibrator(second separating system)to get 99.99% purity.
Details
1. PLC controller, which is designed with PLC controlling system with touch screen. You only need to press start button and the wire recycling machine will start step by step automatically. You can set the parameters through the touch screen to make the copper wire granulator work efficiently.
2. Optional screen: Inside the cable crusher part, there is screen installed under the blades, You can choose the screen size for your option.
3. High quality cutting blades: There are moving blades and fixed blade inside the wire shredder. We provide baldes made of different raw material and will give best recommendation according to different type copper cables.
4. Small vibrating separator: The vibrators finish second spearating of the output copper and plastic granules, through second separating, purity of the copper will be around 99.99%.
