Brief introduction
copper cable wire granulator is a complete production line which is used for handling auto wires, communication cables and kinds of miscellaneous wires and cables. It has a compact structure, stable and reliable performance. Scrap copper cables are shredded by the two crushers, then plastic pieces and copper granules are separated by vibration and airflow. They come out from different outlets, dust is collected by dust collector(can recycle the copper cables with diameter less than 25mm, better for single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.5mm).
Workflow
The material is feed into the first shredder, which shred the cables (φ≤25mm) into length 10-20mm pieces, then convey these pieces into second crusher, the second shredder( 10 pcs rotating blades, 4 pcs fixed blades) will shred the cables into length 3-5mm plastic pieces or coppers pieces. Finally, under the force of push of airflow and vibrating of screen, the pieces will move forward one the screen,the separate copper from plastic and send them out through air duct of vibrating suction.
Classification for Scrap Copper Wire Recycling Machine
1. The so-called dry type refers to the copper wire granulator without adding water in the separation process. This kind of copper wire granulator mainly uses air separator, air shaker or electrostatic separation and other environmental protection methods. The main technological process is: crushing - Air Separation - Electrostatic Separation - dust collection. (electrostatic separation is rarely used in copper rice machine.)
2. Wet separation is a more traditional method. The idea of this separation method mainly comes from mineral processing. The wet type is mainly separated by gravity shaker. The main technological process is: crushing and (adding water) - gravity shaker (adding water), because water is used in the production process, so in general, this method causes a small amount of secondary pollution to the environment, but it can effectively recover miscellaneous thread, plug thread and wool thread, etc., which is widely used.
