Brief introduce:
The waste tire rubber powder production line is composed of tire pretreatment equipment and milling unit. The milling unit is composed of a rubber breaker, a conveyor, a vibrating screen, and magnetic separation equipment and fiber processing equipment.
Working process:
Firstly, through the tire pretreatment equipment, the tires are first processed into small pieces of 3 to 5 cm square; then the rubber pieces are crushed and ground by the XKP400/450/610 type rubber breaker of the milling unit to obtain rubber powder and rubber particles mixed with steel wires. ; Then the main conveyor passes through the main vibrating screen to screen out fine materials, and then the steel wire in the fine powder is separated by magnetic separation equipment to produce pure rubber powder (optional fineness). The rubber powder that does not meet the required mesh fineness is returned to the rubber breaker by the main conveyor for re-grinding. This physical method has advanced circular grinding technology, does not require any chemical raw materials, no waste gas, no waste water, and low operating costs.
