This foot pier machine uses waste sawdust and wood shavings as raw materials, dried by a dryer, and then mixed evenly with glue; the foot pier formed by one-time hot pressing is beautiful and clean, does not drop slag, and has good water resistance (soaked in water for 48 Hours will not crack, wind and sun will not crack), strong nailing force. It is suitable for customers with high requirements. The export of the foot pier products is exempt from inspection and fumigation, the formaldehyde emission (E2), the internal bonding strength reaches 1.07mpa, the vertical screw holding force is 1590N, and the parallel force is 1660N. It is the ideal material for supports (foot piers, legs) to make fumigation-free wooden pallets.

Foot pier production line equipment
The production line equipment mainly consists of the following equipment: wood sawdust crusher, dryer, glue mixer, foot pier machine.

After the raw materials are chipped and crushed, the excess water is dried by the dryer, and then fully and evenly mixed with the glue in the glue mixer, and then enters the silo of the foot pier machine. The hydraulic cylinder of the foot pier machine provides high pressure and pushes the piston to squeeze , the heating plate is heated at a high temperature to promote the curing and molding of the urea-formaldehyde glue, then extrude the finished product, and then cut it according to a certain length (usually about 1.2 meters), after cooling, cut the semi-finished long wooden strip into the final pallet wooden blocks.
